As a coach, I have been trained to help people recognize and overcome the
obstacles, self-defeating behaviors, and negative self-talk which block
and even sabotage our relationships, our projects, our careers, and our
lives and prevent us from fulfilling on our personal and professional
commitments and goals.
I work with people who are already very successful
on their own, but may be exploring new areas or striking out on new paths,
and find that life is moving too fast to waste an inordinate amount of
time working out a trial-and-error solution on their own. |
